Strange message

I try to open some attached pdf but I got following message:
This Attachment can not be downloaded. You do not have enough posts.

I se that message if pdfs not in start-up topic. If I try to open in the 1st post everything is OK.

I am able to open any pdf in the first post but when I try to open anything in the the second Post I see thi message. Moreover I see a request to log-in or register.

Yes, I can do it but I am not able to open the individual pdf file. I have never heard about this author and I want to preview first. If I would be interested I will download everything. Otherwise I will move ahead

The first file opens in winzip or 7zip. The Acrobat says the PDFs are good.

Did I miss something in the rules about this? I tried looking for it, but didn't see anything.

Also having this same problem. "Download all attachments" also doesn't download the specific one that gives me the issue

Maybe you need certain number of posts to download?
